Solteris Visible Armor Update (submitted by Anarsys at 09:26am MST) We have revised our Solteris loot distribution method; please see the newly revised post in Policies and Procedures. Further revisions may occur in the future, based on the flow of phosphenes. We are still not releasing phosphenes for the purchase of spells, but that may change in the future. These new changes are effective immediately.

New DKP Site open for Business (submitted by Anarsys at 10:44am MST) Our new DKP site is open for business. All of the data from the old site has been migrated, and we are now running the latest version of EQdkp(v1.3.2f). Most of the customizations of the old DKP system have been ported over from the old code base, namely the item notes, twink, and upgrade DKP options. Some things, however, have changed. Links: There are now links on the top of the forums and the DKP site that you can use to quickly move around. Wow this was a popular request, I didn't know anyone ever clicked on the EiE logo until it didn't do anything anymore... Teach me to think... Stats Page: The stats page, now shows a ton of somewhat useless data. Much more than it used to. It also no longer shows the 30 day raid attendance percentage that was weighted on DKP value. I may get around to fixing it, but as far as I know everything else on that page was unused and I'm sick of looking at this code so it probably won't ever happen. View Member Page: It's been modified to look pretty much exactly like it used to, but I've modified the attendance calculations. This takes some explaining. EQdkp calculates attendance by a simple % of raids attended. If we do 10 events on a day (6 10-DKP targets and 4 2-DKP farm targets) and you log off after the first 5 to go to bed, you have a 50% attendance for that day. The old stats page (which the officers used to look at attendance %) was never quite the same as that because back at the beginning of time it was changed to be weighted by DKP value. This was done to help minimize the effect of late night and off-hours farming (Qvic/Tacvi comes to mind here) on the attendance % of otherwise stalwart raiders. Note: We actually use attendance % for very very very few things in EiE, so this is mostly a cosmetic change. What this means is using the above example where you logged off after the first 5 targets, your attendance for that day will be 74%. Nothing has actually changed, but I know someone is going to notice their % changed and wonder why. Now you know, the numbers that were used before, are now more visible and explained.

Most Visible Tacvi Loot REDUCED (submitted by moirgana at 07:48pm MST) All Tacvi visible slot loot (except Legs and BPs) have been reduced to 75 DKP each. This includes Arms, Boots, Bracers, Gloves, Helms for ALL classes.

Attendance Statistics (again) (submitted by Bactros at 09:15pm MDT) Changed the statistics page to show your percentage of (dkp earned / possible dkp) for all raids in the system total and for the last thirty days. This more accurately reflects attendance because it is weighted towards dkp (higher dkp events usually take longer to complete/are of more value to the guild). Note: This is only for the "stats" page. If you compare members off of the "standings" page "compare member" function it will show the raw raid attendence for the last 90/30 days; by raw I mean (total raids person attended/total number of raids)).
